Theysohn - Topf

Founded in 1989 – roots lead back to the early fifties
2003 - under the roof of Theysohn Holding the group of companies ‘Theysohn Extrusionstechnik GmbH’, ‘Topf Kunststofftechnik GmbH’ and ‘Theysohn Extruder-Komponenten Salzgitter GmbH’ started their cooperation
2004 OOO "Theysohn" in Moscow, Russia and a liason office in Pune, India was founded
2005/2006 the liason office in Pune was renamed to Theysohn Extrusionstecnik (India) Pvt Ltd.
2008 100 % take-over through High Tech Industries AG

Founded 1987: 40 employees
1989 to ´97: global expansion
1997: Comptec, a Canadian investment group, bought Technoplast
1999: Feichtner Verwaltungs- und BeteiligungsGmbH bought Technoplast
2003 Oct.: Management Buyout
2004: Partnership with investment companies Konos Mittelstandsfinanzierungs AG and GAJA Mittelstandsfinanzierungs AG, Austria
2008: 100 % take-over through High Tech Industries AG

2009 Theysohn - Technoplast - Topf are cooperating under the common registered trademark High Tech Extrusion
