Welcome to OMNIA - the completely new developed and designed PVC profile and pipe manufacturing line.
What lead us in our vision for the new Extrusion line and the new tooling was to assist our customers in saving manufacturing cost dramatically. The question was: “What can we as machine builders and tool manufacturers improve at out products? What can we do better to make YOUR life easier and more profitable – by allowing a more stable manufacturing process?
OMNIA stands for:
- Higher productivity by reducing unplanned stops.
- Higher reliability by reducing scrap.
- Higher efficiency by reducing energy losses
You all know very well that you save costs dramatically when operating with equipment that provides:
- A cleaner simpler and more stable manufacturing process
- With less water on the floor through a closed water circuit
- With less cables hanging around and getting damaged between Extruder and the tool
- With less tubes freely connected and therefore making troubles between calibration table and tool

You are at the booth of High Tech Extrusion – the summary of competences of Theysohn, Topf, Technoplast and EKS. We are the first ones within PVC extrusion to have all competences in one hand.
- Theysohn stands for high quality extruders and downstreams for PVC profile and pipe production. What you also see here is our new developed pipe head which leads to higher quality in the pipes and is also saving space by building shorter.
- Topf shows a long history in tools for technical profiles, cableducts and raingutters
- Technoplast has build up deep know how in the area of window profiles
- And EKS is our competence centre not only for screws and barrels but also for Compounders.
And OMNIA stands for synergizing all theses competences to perfection. We understand the whole complex process technology. And this is key for us to supply our customers with better machines and better tools.
