The simple assemblies of High Tech Extrusion’s tools and their link-ups - which dispense with nearly all tubes – to the calibration table enable the highly efficient changes of tools. Tried and tested water and vacuum connectors and a quick-action coupling system that was developed by High Tech Extrusion for its new OMNIA extrusion line are available for this application. High Tech Extrusion has taken the best and most reliable technologies created by Topf Extrusionstechnik and Technoplast Kunststofftechnik and joined them into an entity capable of enabling our customers to achieve the highest rate of utility possible.
Optimized solutions of the tools for solid and hollow profile sections, specifically tailored for each purpose, are the basis for co-ordinated and efficient production conditions.
Customized solutions are the basis for the flexibility of High Tech Extrusion products. Comparative measurements have demonstrated that tools produced by High Tech Extrusion have a lower level of cooling water consumption than comparable products. This leads to further savings of energy.
Segmented extrusion dies, which are state of the art in profile-extrusion for solid and coextruded products, satisfy a precondition for highly efficient production using High Tech Extrusion’s tools.
