The extruder plasticizes PVC dryblend and a pipehead forms different pipe dimensions using variable die sets with appropriate calibration sleeves. Vacuum and spraytanks stabilize the size and cool the product. A haul-off pulls the strand and a cutting unit provides the requested length. An optional belling machine can form different socket designs.
