Theysohn provides the most reliable sheet line systems. Theysohn has the most knowledgeable sheet process team, the best price performance ratio and premium references. High output extruder processes the PVC dry- blend uniformly and forms out the product with a special designed sheet die. For free foam sheets a multiple flexible pre-cooling unit creates the density, thickness and service features of the sheet. The individual driven roll stack calender system with a roller conveyor calibrates the final thickness, smoothes the surface and cools down the product. A haul off pulls the sheet with a constant or different line speed. Depending on sheet thickness the edges will be trimmed by knifes or longitudinal saws, the length by a cross cutting saw or by a guillotine.
A roller table or automatic stacker will place the sheet on to the pallet as the final step in the process.
